was founded in 2003. Founder and Managing Director,
Vipul Sheth has the benefit of training both with
a medium sized firm, and large firms, having practiced
at Ernst & Young and at KPMG (as manager),
specialising in taxation and share valuation work.
He is a qualified chartered accountant and Chartered
Tax Adviser with over 18 years of experience.
The
co-founder of the business, Kally, is also a UK
qualified Chartered Accountant with over 14 years
of professional experience and has an MBA from
the University of Warwick. She trained with Coopers
& Lybrand and then Arthur Andersen (now Deloitte).
In addition to UK GAAP, she has experience of
US GAAP and IFRS, having led the IFRS project
for a multi-national group to include the change
management, process and systems migration.
